The web anime Kaichuu! is based on Yuuki Hayashi's original high school archery / romantic comedy one-shot manga that ran in Young Jump Zoukan Mantarou magazine in 2006. The short story revolves around the high school archery club member Tatsuya Tachikawa and his reaction to Gonzaburou Fudou - the pretty new transfer student whose appearance is misleading.
