This single-episode OVA titled "Flag 0" serves as a prologue to the TV anime series Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai (The World God Only Knows), and is bundled on DVD with limited editions of the 10th volume in Tamiki Wakaki's manga series, on which the anime is based. Studio Manglobe adapted the story about a high school boy who is known as the "Capturing God", for his success at romance simulation games.
