009: The Reopening

Also known as:  Cyborg 009 (2010)

The anime short 009: The Reopening was created by Production I.G with director Mamoru Oshii, as a stereoscopic 3D animation based on Shotaro Ishinomori's classic sci-fi manga Cyborg 009. The project was sponsored by Panasonic, who unveiled it at its booth from the CEATEC Japan 2010 trade show.
