The first OVA adaptation of Nana to Kaoru is created by studio AIC Plus+, based on Ryuta Amazume's ecchi manga about the next-door neighbours and schoolmates Nana (a popular student) and Kaoru (a poor student and social outcast). One night, however, their relationship changes forever, when Nana discovers that she enjoys being on the receiving end of perverted domination play with Kaoru. (based on ANN synopsis)
