The anime film Sora no Otoshimono: Tokei-jikake no Angeloid is once again adapted by studio AIC A.S.T.A, based on Suu Minazuki's "heartful" ecchi / comedy manga - very much like the two TV anime series that preceded it in 2009 and 2010. New to the movie, however, is the introduction of a new character - a new Type Zeta Angeloid, which is by far the most powerful of the hostile Angeloids.

2 days until the theatrical premiere, but it'll be a while until the home video version comes out for fansubbers to work with. And there's no release date set for that one yet.

It doesn't go that fast with anime films on Blu-ray / DVD after they premiere in theaters. It usually takes at least 3-4 months for the home video release, often a lot more...

FUNi's DVD for North America yes it's coming in 2012.
The Japanese home-video release might still occur this year... though I still don't see any sign of it.

soy un colombiano me gusta mucho el anime pero en verdad quiero saber tres cosas soy nuevo en esto 1 en verdad solo son dos temporadas me parece ami que la serie es muy buena y pues que de inconforme con el final pues pensé que tomoki terminaba con alguien bueno eso me lo explicaran ustedes lo segundo cuando sale la película y cuando se puede descargar y lo ultimo dígame si van a asacar otra temporada

Not really sure what it is that you're asking, about the two anime seasons and movie... But "no comment" on the downloading part :)

The Sora no Otoshimono movie is the last anime in the series so far, I'm not aware of any new upcoming seasons.
