Little Charo: Touhoku-hen

Also known as:  Little Charo: Tohoku-hen, Little Charo 3

In the TV anime series Little Charo: Touhoku-hen, the titular puppy character Charo will venture around Tono, Iwate - a city in Japan's Tohoku (Northeast) region - attempting to find the "Eight-Starred Note", in order to prevent the reappearance of the Tenaga-Ashinaga monster of local legend.
