The TV anime series Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin is adapted by Madhouse Studios, based on a manga written by George Abe and illustrated by Masasumi Kakizaki. Set in the 1950s, the critically acclaimed story centers around six junior delinquents and their mentor at the Shounan Special Reform School near Tokyo.
