The TV anime series Shin Koihime Musou is the second anime season based on BaseSon's fantasy eroge franchise. Following the game's original release in 2007, a TV anime adaptation produced by Marvelous Entertainment aired during 2008, and at the end of that year an expanded version of the game - called Shin Koihime Musou - was released, on which this second anime season is more directly based.
