The OVA adaptation Saiyuuki Gaiden is created by studio Anpro, based on a fantasy / adventure manga by Kazuya Minekura that serves as a prequel to the Saiyuuki series, by the same author. The story takes place in Heaven, 500 years before the first Saiyuuki series. The plot is based around that series' four main characters in their past lives, and details exactly what it was they did to get thrown out of heaven. (based on Wikipedia synopsis)

WHAT?! Their only giving us THREE episodes of the story EVERYONES been waiting to see for ages, that they left us hanging in the original First and Second seasons? No fair!

*pouts* They better be LONG episodes and not lousy 30 minute ones. I want to see the full story about what happened back then, which I don't THREE episodes are going to cover!
