This single-episode OVA is an animated version of the "Episode 0" manga, and was shipped in Japan on very limited edition DVDs at the end of April 2010. The story depicts the world of One Piece 20 years ago - in particular, the Pirate King Gold Roger versus the legendary pirate "Gold Lion" Shiki - for the 10th anime movie One Piece: Strong World.
