The TV anime series Rio: Rainbow Gate! is adapted by studio Xebec, based on game maker Tecmo's franchise of pachinko slot machines Super Black Jack, featuring the lead female character Rio. Following in the footsteps of her famous mother, Rio is a dealer at the Howard Resort's casino, where she is working towards gathering the legendary Gate card-set. For the person who gathers all 13 Gates is bestowed the title Most Valuable Casino Dealer. (based on AniDB synopsis)
