Honey Tokyo

The anime short Honey Tokyo was created by Studio 4°C for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, as part of its project "Welcome to Tokyo", with the purpose of promoting the city's sights to domestic and overseas tourists interested in Japanese animation. A national government subsidy paid for the project's production budget of about 50 million yen (about $550,000). (based on ANN synopsis)
