The OVA series Nurse Witch Komugi-chan Magikarte and its 2004 sequel were both created by Tatsunoko Production as magical girl parodies, featuring the same characters as the studio's earlier TV anime series SoulTaker. The story revolves around Komugi Nakahara, a cosplay idol who turns into Magical Nurse Witch Komugi when trouble is around.
