The Human Reform League's scientists realize that one of the Gundam Meisters is actually a former test subject of their own. With Sumeragi's approval, Allelujah begins an armed intervention against the Superhuman Institute. He enters a HRL space colony and targets the institute itself, but finds himself hesitating at the last moment. As Allelujah struggles against himself, his vicious alternate personality Hallelujah urges him to pull the trigger and eliminate his fellow super soldiers.
