Ringo and the others are having a picnic in the park when a tear drops the One-Inch Boy and his wife Momiji from Fairy Land. On their way down, the two begin quarreling. The quarrel worsens and the girls are unable to do anything. The cause of this is One-Inch Boy seems to have become a complete slacker. Once always practicing his sword, he now just idles. As a result, he's become fat and can't ride his bowl boat. On top of that, he always has a comeback to whatever is said. Momiji can no longer take it and having reached her limit, explodes in anger! The girls are shocked by this when the Magic Mallet comes tumbling down...
