Going by the full title Strike Witches: Aoi no Dengekisen - Shin Taichou Funtousuru! (Blitz in the Blue Sky - New Commander Struggles!), this Nintendo DS simulation game is an obvious adaptation of the Strike Witches franchise. Aside from the anime's harem of flying lolis, the game also features Junko Takei from the second manga. After winning the war, you will get to spend time with your favourite girl: increase your familiarity level with her to get a good ending. There are 4 story routes in total and 11 endings.
