As I quietly code my ass off for the new Animekon .v2 website (oh yeah, it's coming!), leaving me poor pedo comrade in charge of keeping things alive around here, I can at least take a break to bring forth the first promo trailer for the upcoming Clannad movie TV series. It's based on Key's game of the same title, animated by Kyoto Animation and with character designs done by Kadonosono Megumi, who also worked on the Kiddy Grade series. And as luck would have it, this trailer here confirmed our recent loli suspicions to the fullest. It's looking hawt!

Actually, Stokky, that’s the promo for the upcoming CLANNAD [i]tv series[/i] that’s going to be made, by Kyoto Animation (probably after they’re done with Lucky Star). The promo you posted was aired at the end of the Kanon Remake’s last (24th) episode.

Said TV series has no set release date.

Also, the anime tv series has nothing to do with the upcoming CLANNAD movie by Toei, which is due for September 15th.

Many thanks Jase for that clarification, I was pretty confused by an earlier entry on AniDB, but now I see they also show the Clannad movie and TV series as separate titles.

Also note that Kadonosono is working on the Movie but not the series.
