The
Inuyasha anime series is older than my grandma, and probably suffers from the same Alzheimer issues like any old and dying thing. And since all old and dying things will come to an end eventually (more or less violent), the latest issue of Shonen Sunday will properly announce in its 34th volume that
Inuyasha Kanketsu-hen (Final Chapter) has been green lit for a TV adaptation.

The endless cohorts following Takahashi's manga will be able to enjoy this compilation of the final 21 volumes (from 36 to 56) on Japan's YTV, starting this fall, and are being assured that the old and original team behind the whole Inuyasha extravaganza will get together once more to put their skills to the test.
Thanks
ANN for the scoop.
