Black Lagoon OVA

At least one thing seems to be good about 2010, and I'm not counting in the fact that some of my little friends are getting legal. Or maybe that's not such a good thing, but nevermind. This Saturday, Monthly Sunday GX will unveil the third Black Lagoon anime project, an OVA which will be ready to invade the privacy of our homes sometime next year.



The team behind the OVA consists of familiar faces (well, at least familiar for those of us who enjoyed the first two seasons of Black Lagoon), led by director Sunao Katabuchi, character designer Masanori Shino, and supervised by good ol' Madhouse. Story wise, we have nothing fancy - some unlucky businessman gets the wrong idea about pirates, and unwillingly enters the busy life of Revy and the crew. To what extent, we don't know yet.
