Princess Lover! Continues With Adult OVA

Clearly not satisfied with the relatively-shy levels of ecchiness found in last year's TV anime series Princess Lover!, the original game's developer Ricotta is making sure that their debut eroge receives the proper treatment, by ways of an improper adult OVA. According to their website (via AnimeNation), this autumn will bring a two-episode Princess Lover! OVA, with the first episode set for release on September 24, and the second one on October 29.



The animation studio behind the upcoming adult OVA is said to be Hoods Entertainment, who so far is credited with the two Aki Sora OVAs and the TV anime Seikon no Qwaser - all highly-ecchi works (so much so, by the way, that Nico Nico Douga has rejected an offer to officially stream the upcoming OVA Aki Sora: Yume no Naka). Character designs for the Princess Lover! OVA will be provided by Kazuya Kuroda (of Spice and Wolf fame, among others), and the OVA will be published under the adult anime label known simply as "L".

As for the perfectly-sane folks from Ricotta, they are currently working on their second eroge, called Walkure Romanze. Our local gallery is coming up shortly... now up. Enjoy!
