Just last week, the
4th Love Live! single was released in Japan, and this Sunday it was followed by a "μ's First LoveLive!" concert. At the end of it, it was
announced that 2013 would bring a proper
Love Live! School Idol Project TV anime series, based on this joint bishoujo project co-produced by studio Sunrise, Lantis, and Dengeki G's magazine.

The
Love Live! project was initially launched in 2010 and, since then, it has inspired four animated music videos. The story beind it follows a group of nine high school girls at Otonokizaka High School, who come up with an idea to save their school (which is in danger of closing down, due to a lack of new students). They decide to become idols and attract more students, by promoting their school.
You can check each and every one of them in the local
Love Live! gallery, which has just been updated, or of course on the official
website.
