Last year's TV anime series
AnoHana, so impossibly titled Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai., is set to receive a
manga adaptation in Shueisha's Jump Square magazine, starting with its May issue (out in Japan on April 4). The manga will be drawn by Mitsu Izumi, based on studio A-1 Pictures' original story about six childhood friends who grew apart in high school, and are to be reuninted by the protagonist, Jintan.

Over on the eroge front, this month brings quite a large selection of new visual novel games, as highlighted on
Omochikaeri's blog. Most of them are being released on the 30th of March, and just in case you won't find that round-up exhaustive enough, feel free to inspect the local (albeit incomplete)
March 2012 games line-up, as well.
Monobeno looks particularly
interesting, if you ask me...

And getting back to the anime front, several more titles from this year's vast and exciting
April 2012 line-up have received solid airing dates. In no particular alphabetical order, they are
Accel World - from April 6,
Dusk Maiden of Amnesia - from April 8,
Jormungand - from April 10,
Natsuiro Kiseki - from April 5 (there's also a
new trailer for it today), and
Zetman - from April 2.

Looking further ahead, the TV anime series
Oda Nobuna no Yabou is now
planned for a summer 2012 debut in Japan. The historical romantic comedy follows a modern-day high school boy who is transported to Japan's Sengoku Jidai (Era of the Warring States) - except the well-known warriors of the era are female. Big-time deja-vu...

Also joining the
Summer 2012 line-up is the TV anime
Hagure Yuusha no Estetica, as
announced on the wrap-around jacket of the light novels' 8th volume (released in Japan yesterday).
