The ongoing TV anime series
Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, which began airing in Japan and simulcasting on Crunchyroll three weeks ago, will be continued past its regular
12-episode broadcast with an unaired episode 13, which will be
included on the 6th Blu-ray and DVD volume of the anime's upcoming home video release.

Given a monthly release plan for each volume, and considering that the 1st volume is set for this June 27 according to the official
website, it stands to reason that volume 6 - with the special episode - will be out in Japan in late November 2012.
Studio Silver Link has been animating this series, based on Maybe's ghostly school manga released in Japan as Tasogare Otome x Amnesia.
The story is set at a private academy that has a history of hauntings by spirits, including a ghost girl named Yuuko. For some mysterious reason, first-year middle school student Teiichi Niiya is the only person who can see Yuuko. She has no memory of her death, much less who or what caused it. Yuuko and Teiichi create an investigation club to find the truth about her death and the other mysteries of the school.
And before you head off to greener e-pastures, let me point out that the local
Dusk Maiden of Amnesia gallery has just been updated with some new artworks.
