The anime was broadcast earlier this year in Japan (and by extension all over the fansubbing internets), and ADV has obviously licensed it for the Western otakus, planning to release the first DVD volume on November 13. I'll see if I can be bothered to upload the first episode over on TVkon a bit later, since we conveniently reside in an area where "anime licensing" is almost unheard of.
