Oh no, not another one! I wasn't much of an Animatrix fan in the first place, but this is really starting to get out of control. Despite the obvious fact that Western and Japanese animation should never - ever - mix, more and more of these hybrids are popping up lately. Just last month, we told you about that Batman thingie animated by Studio 4°C, Production I.G and Madhouse, and now ANN passes word about another Western franchise following the dubious Japanese connection: ze Terminator.

Once again structured as a collection of animated shorts, the project will be known as Termination. It will be created by leading European and Japanese amateurs "auteurs", and reportedly it will have a "much more international flair" (that's a disturbing thought right there). As for the story, Termination will focus on Judgement Day - that pre-post-apocalyptic day when the Skynet defense system nukes humanity to oblivion. Almost.

The whole thing won't come to fruition until 2009, but in the meantime you can enjoy this fine sample of terminator porn - which ranks somewhere between furniture porn, and your (or at least our) common wanking material.
