The Anime Network is a concept that I have become to hate only because my country is composed of retards who can’t think about a similar project here. Anyway, they have recently announced that Pani Poni Dash will be available as a VOD offering starting November 30. “What is VOD?”, ask the troubled voices of all the unsuspecting readers. Well, straight from the loud mouth of ANN, a little copy-paste thinghy:
Video on Demand (VOD), is a newer technology first introduced in 1990 and only available on digital cable and satellite networks. VOD works similarly to PPV such that viewers/customers may select a particular show and watch it on their television for a fee. Unlike PPV, VOD is however not a linear broadcast, the viewer may select when the showing will begin, they may pause, rewind and fast-forward the viewing. VOD networks typically operate on one of three business models, or a mixture of these.

About Pani Poni Dashu… Let’s just say it’s a show that is better to be watched alone, for various reasons. So please, all of you imbecile Romanian businessmen, start thinking about us and LAUNCH A GOD DAMN ANIME TELEVISION HERE! Or I will ask God to rape your momas. If they are still alive.
