Fans of Rumiko Takahashi's manga works (
Inuyasha, Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku and Ranma 1/2 come to mind) should be thrilled to hear that her next manga series will be launched this spring, in the Shonen Sunday magazine. The news story was picked up by
Rumic World, and they say that the cover for the Takahashi's final Inuyasha manga volume was also revealed... but I'll be damned if I can find it.
Anyway, the Inuyaha manga volume 56 will finally be released on February 18, more than 12 years after the series' debut, in the same magazine mentioned earlier. At 51 years of age, Takahashi might want to consider shortening her future works - we wouldn't want her to suffer the same morbid fate as her fellow mangaka Kaoru Tada, whose
Itazura na Kiss manga was left hanging high and dry, without an ending...
Or was it?
