While others are doing everything in their power to hype (and delay)
certain anime sequels, the production team behind last year's
Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu cares not for such pseudo-viral marketing tricks, and pushes forward with a newly
announced second season.

The new
Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu 2 anime will continue adapting Yuusaku Igarashi's otaku romance comedy light novel, about a boy who discovers that his high school's most unattainable girl is a secret otaku. The seiyuu duo Mamiko Noto and Wataru Hatano will return to voice the main characters, and - among other staffers - so will director Munenori Nawa - whose recent work on the
Kiss x Sis "OVA 0" left us deeply,
deeply impressed!
The "Dengeki no Kanzume" pamphlet that made this announcement also confirmed that
Spice and Wolf II will start airing in summer 2009, and
Asura Cryin' in April.
Now, I believe, a
gallery update for Nogizaka Haruka is in order -
stay tuned... done.
