Rumiko Takahashi's 2009 Manga Also In English

As a follow-up to last week's news that Rumiko Takahashi will launch her new - and still unnamed - manga this spring in Japan, word from the recent New York Comic Con is that Viz Media is already planning an English release later in 2009. As reported on ANN:

"At its New York Comic Con panel on Sunday morning, the manga publisher Viz Media confirmed that it will be handling the English-language translation and North American release of this title. The first English volume will be available before the end of the year."

Just as a needless reminder, Rumiko Takahashi is the manga creator of such popular classics as Ranma 1/2, Maison Ikkoku, Urusei Yatsura and Inuyasha - the latter of which will have its final volume 56 released in Japan on February 18.
