For the third time this month, the popular manga creator Rumiko Takahashi somehow manages to make the news. This time, however, it's not about her
new manga series - of which we still know next to nothing, other than it's starting this spring in the Shonen Sunday magazine, and that it's already been
licensed by Viz. Nope, this time it's simply about a new one-shot manga that she'll be publishing in the Big Comic Original magazine on March 5.

Titled Unmei no Tori (The Bird of Fate), this will be the latest in Takahashi's annual short stories, and according to
ANN's translation of the official tagline, the story will be about
"the great modern recession that you couldn't see coming. Have you ever wondered... if you could know if the future holds happiness for you or...?".
Well, that's about it. Now back to waiting for her next full-fledged manga that's practically sure to get an anime adaptation, if her other classics - like Inuyasha, Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku or Ranma 1/2 - are anything to go by.
