Media Factory's latest Comic Flapper holds great news regarding the anime adaptation of Dance in the Vampire Bund manga (by Nozomu Tamaki), which has been green lit recently. Also, fans of the manga should know that the fourth volume is bound to be released this month in North America.
Dance in the Vampire Bund is about a loli vampire, named Mina Tepes, who, bored to death (?!) over the course of several millennia, decides to create a world fit for humans and vampires alike. By using the large amount of cash her ancestors carefully stored since the beginning of their reign, Mina takes care of Japan's national debt, acquiring a place where she can create a district for vampires only. Of course, things don't go as planned, and assassins from all over the world are trying to stick their finger up Mina's ass.

A little trivia info is in order here. Vlad Tepes was (in real life) a sort-of Romanian ruler, mostly associated with Count Dracula due to his... original way of taking care of his enemies. His last name, Tepes, would roughly translate into English (using a bit of imagination) as “someone who spikes people” - mainly because he had the bad habit of sticking a spike through all his prisoners, entering the anus and exiting their mouth. You can imagine he didn't have too many enemies who would fuck with him easily.
Thanks
ANN for the scoop.
