The upcoming TV anime series Baby, Please Kill Me! is now set for a January 2012 premiere, and its main voice cast - for the assassin girl Sonya, her dumb friend Yasuna and the other ninja Agiri - has also been revealed. The anime is in the works at studio J.C. Staff, based on a 4-koma slice-of-life comedy manga by Kaduho.



The ongoing anime Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi 2 will have its 6th episode (airing in Japan and simulcasting on Crunchyroll this November 11) aired as a special adaptation of Junjou Mistake - a spinoff manga of the Junjou Romantica series (...)

Reports seeping in from today's Hanasaku Iroha event (via ANN) tell of a "new visual work" of Hanasaku Iroha in the making for a 2012 release - presumably a new anime of some sort (an OVA adaptation seems to be the top candidate), although a non-animated project is not excluded at this point, either. For more details, however, we might have to wait until next spring... quite a scary thought.
