The Amagami Precious Diary manga spin-off that's been serialized in the Young Animal Island magazine has come to an end. The manga was originally launched by Tarou Shinonome in the Young Animal magazine in November 2009, based on the Amagami romance simulation game that also inspired two anime series: Amagami SS in 2010 and Amagami SS Plus in 2012. The manga's final compiled volume (#5) ships in June.

For the past few days, Namco Bandai has been counting down to the announcement of a new game, through a teasing website that kept updating itself with new hints - first that it would be an action-adventure; then that it would be for a Sony platform (eventually narrowed down to the PSP). And now, according to a report from the latest Jump issue, the game is revealed as being titled Hunter x Hunter Wonder Adventure (obviously based on the Hunter x Hunter shounen manga and anime), and set for a winter release.

The next DLC pack for Final Fantasy XIII-2, coming this May, has been revealed to be titled "Requiem of the Goddess", according to Dengeki PlayStation magazine. Word is this new DLC "will show Lighthing and villain Caius in a different form of battle from what we saw in the main game". Whatever that means.

Last year's TV anime series AnoHana, so impossibly titled Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai., is set to receive a PSP game adaptation, as well, on top of the imminent AnoHana manga that's launching in the Jump Square magazine this April 4. The adventure game is being developed by Guyzware, to be published by 5pb. this summer.

Innevitably, some may say, an anime adaptation based on the 2007 game Little Busters! was finally announced to be in the making! It will be a TV anime series, according to a commercial that ran during Dengeki Bunko's latest web radio program - later taken offline, and then put back online today (something smells fishy).

Well, what do you know! Just yesterday, BlazBlue came up as a brief news topic. And today, the Japanese developer Arc System Works has announced its new game project, tentatively titled Xblaze, along with a teasing trailer. They referred to it as "another Blue story", so it might have some connection with the studio's popular BlazBlue fighting games.

A new Final Fantasy game? A new franchise? Who knows... For now, Square Enix is teasing us with an enigmatic trailer for what appears to be a fantasy game, with an official website promising to unveil this "Secret Title" in summer 2012, according to ANN's report. However, the website is also displaying a countdown that will reach zero one week from now, on March 30... So I'd say that's when the game will be unveiled, for a summer release.
