The official website for the D.C. III: Da Capo III sequel was updated with some new info (uninteresting stuff) and visuals. Of particular note is the sakura-infused artwork below, as well as several character designs that you'll also find the local gallery. And don't miss the earlier trailer. This latest visual novel created by Circus is out in Japan on April 27.

In what has become a predictable pattern by now, yet another new key visual was posted today on the GoRA group's Twitter account, revealing the third character from their enigmatic anime project K. This one is an umbrella-wielding (?!) youngling named Isana Yashiro. At this rate, by the end of this week we should have all five major characters revealed.

Moving on to some anime films news, the official website for the upcoming movie Blood-C: The Last Dark has been updated with a pretty cool new artwork and character profiles, plus some more staff and cast names - as relayed by CR. The female character designs, at least, you can also see over in the local gallery; and there's also that earlier trailer... What else? Oh, right: the movie premieres in Japan on June 2, 2012.

As expected, the new PSP game developed by Imageepoch has been officially announced today during a webcast event, following some sketchy reports from earlier this week. So the game's title is indeed Sol Trigger, and by now its official website has opened, bringing with it a debut trailer that you can also watch locally.

Another one of BioWare's works is getting the anime treatment! Following last month's movie Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker (also releasing in North America this Spring), FUNimation is once again collaborating with the awesome-RPG maker for another animated project, this time based on the sci-fi action RPG franchise Mass Effect. This newly announced anime film is titled Mass Effect: Paragon Lost, and it's being co-produced with the Japanese studios Production I.G and T.O. Entertainment.

The pretty pic below is just about the only reason I bring this up: a new official website has just come online, for this summer's Type-Moon 10th Anniversary event. The festival will be held on the 7th and 8th of July, at the Pacifico Yokohama convention center. Nevermind that they actually released their debut eroge, Tsukihime, in 2000, so their 10th anniversary has been going on for some time...

The airing dates for Fate/Zero 2 have been announced: it starts on April 7. And since all the big anime databases out there seem to have split the release of this second season into a distinct anime title, I have conformed to this trend and created a new entry for it, as well. The first season of Fate/Zero had aired between October - December 2011.

Aside from an upcoming 2012 TV anime series, there will also be a Kokoro Connect game of some sort, at some point, on some platform... all of which are sort of unknown at this time. Both the anime (seen the trailer?) and the newly announced game project are based on a "love and teen pentagonal comedy" light novel series written by Sadanatsu Anda and illustrated by Yukiko Horiguchi (K-ON! and Lucky Star anime's character designer).

Last year's TV anime series AnoHana, so impossibly titled Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai., is set to receive a manga adaptation in Shueisha's Jump Square magazine, starting with its May issue (out in Japan on April 4). The manga will be drawn by Mitsu Izumi, based on studio A-1 Pictures' original story about six childhood friends who grew apart in high school, and are to be reuninted by the protagonist, Jintan.
