Today in Class 5-2 (Kyou no Go no Ni) is the anime adaptation of Coharu Sakuraba's "light ecchi" manga, perfectly blending school humor with plain ridiculousness and raging sexual innuendo. After the initial 2006-2007 OVA release, Today in Class 5-2 returned in autumn 2008 as a full-fledged TV anime series.
I'd say no, it seems to be the exact same setting - since there are some "deja-vu" scenes in this TV anime trailer (like the bouncing balls contest, which was also in the OVA).
