Spice and Wolf (Ookami to Koushinryou) is a fantasy anime based on a light novel series about Horo, a furry wolf-girl that pops up in a merchant's wagon one night. She begins traveling with him, and her wisdom helps increase his profits. But her true nature draws unwanted attention from the church. A second anime season is beginning on July 9, 2009, with a teasing "Act 0" released earlier on April 30, 2009.
