The TV anime series Nabari no Ou was produced by studio J.C. Staff, based on a modern-day ninja manga about a boy who unknowingly possesses an ancient "Omnipotent" power. The anime initially aired in Japan from March 2008, and FUNimation later released it in English for DVD in autumn 2009.
