A highly unimpressive trailer for Toei Robot Girls, the anime project first revealed at TAF 2009, and still not shown in actual motion in this clip. Toei Robot Girls blends various franchises from Toei Animation's catalog, into some sort of mecha / magic girl anime, with girls cosplaying as various Toei anime robots - including Gaiking, Magnerobo Ga-Keen, and Superhuman Combat Team Baratack. In the backstory created for the project, the Toei Robot Girls Laboratory was established to protect Earth from the threat of space invasion. The laboratory gathered the data from super robots who have protected Earth in the past, and then used that research to imbue "cute girls" with their legendary powers. (based on ANN synopsis)
