Negima! Another World trailer #4
A trailer promoting the DVD release of the second half of the Negima! Another World OVA series: episode 3 this May 17, followed by episode 4 on August 20, plus an extra episode on November 17, 2010 - each of them bundled with limited edition copies of the manga's upcoming collected volumes. The latter will cover the "Ariadone" magical girl arc from Ken Akamatsu's original manga, while the first four episodes cover the Magic World (Mahou Sekai) story arc. Mahou Sensei Negima!: Mou Hitotsu no Sekai - as this OVA's official title goes - is the second Negima! OAD anime, once again produced by studio SHAFT.

Why isnt enough done about the Negima Series?

I mean i cant be the only fan. I think if Shaft finally got down to it and made a freaking series of the Mahou Sekai part, it would be massively successful!

They probably figured it's easier to just make an OVA every other year, and sucker fans into buying "at least 100,000 copies to make the next Negima! anime!!". That was kind of their motto at one point, wasn't it?

Yeah I can see how they've done it. The Amount of OVAs is nearing the number of episodes from first anime. I guess maybe they dont trust themselves after having to remake anime after being told first was shit.

Sorry to sound stupid, but when the first anime series was remade, was it a different studio or was it the same one trying again? I still think it's worth their time to make a proper series of newest section. I think Fans would forgive them from avoiding the bits inbetween.

That first TV anime series from 2005 was done by Xebec, but all the others were done by studio Shaft.

I'm looking forward to this, especially seeing who will voice the 15 year old Negi

Why can't they do another season of Negima or do a reboot on the anime series with lots of action?

I want them to do a complete reboot of the series, or even just the Festival Arc, the one arc that has not been animated in any way, shape, or form.
