Street Fighter: Beginnings End was the first game-to-live-action fan film short created by Thousand Pounds Fight Team and director Christopher C. Cowan. Orignially released online in May 2010, this fan film is based on Capcom's ass-kicking games franchise Street Fighter, featuring the series' two most iconic characters - Ken and Ryu - at their dojo before Ryu enters the World Warrior Tournament for the first time (Street Fighter 1 Territory). The short consisted of a $400 (out of pocket) budget, was shot on the Canon EOS 7D, edited in Final Cut Pro and effects work done in Adobe After Effects. Not to be confused with the other fan film released around the same time, called Street Fighter: Legacy.
