Sword of the Stranger - officially known as Stranger Mukoh Hadan - is a self-proclaimed "greatest animated historical drama", from animation studio Bones (Darker Than Black, Skull Man). It's set in Feudal Japan, and it involves the unlikely partnership of a nameless man and and the boy he was ordered to kill.
