Suzumiya Haruhi no Yakusoku (The Promise of Haruhi Suzumiya) is the latest product to spawn from last year's over-hyped anime series, The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. This time it's a PSP game published by Namco Bandai, in which the player interacts with the various members of the SOS Brigade in simulated conversations. The clip also shows the Motion Portrait character animation system.

Namco Bandai is pretty open to the Western world, so the game stands a chance to get an English version. But if it does, I think it would be a completely dubbed version, not Japanese voices with English subs. Which would of course suck.
