As the trailer says in the beginning, sola is a story of girls being played with (by destiny, unfortunately), coming from the screenplay writer of Kanon and the character designer of Da Capo. Sola is directed by Kobayashi Tomoki, and made by the Nomad animation studio.

In a summer vacation, a group of 15 children discovered a mysterious man living in a seashore cave, along with his high-tech gadgets. The man claimed to be a game developer creating a video game with 15 giant robots defending Earth from alien invaders and asked those childs to test the game for him. The kids agreed happily at first, but soon they began to find the game horrifying, not only because of its realism but also for the first fatality among them happened right after their first victory. Worse yet, they had no idea how to stop or leave the "game".

A new English trailer for Highlander: The Search for Vengeance, the animated film coming to DVD in June 2007 from Madhouse and director Yoshiaki Kawajiri (Ninja Scroll, Animatrix: Program). The story centers on Colin MacLeod, the immortal Scottish Highlander, as he travels with the wise-cracking ghost Amergan in search of the immortal despot Marcus Octavius, who killed Colin's lover on the Celtic plains centuries earlier. The once great city of New York is now submerged under water, with only one dominant fortress towering over the sea, the fortress of Marcus Octavius. MacLeod is torn between saving the survivors of New York and hunting down his nemesis.

A teasingly exciting trailer for Vexille, the new CG animated film coming from the producer of Appleseed, Fumihiko Sori (also director of Ping Pong). The action takes place in 2077, ten years after Japan had decided to leave the United Nations and to go into isolation. They have completely blocked the islands with an ultra magnetic field which prevents anyone to see what is going inside, nor for people to travel in/out of the country. This was a result to opposing to a treaty which UN has passed, preventing the development of all bio and robot technology which has evolved drastically and has become a threat to the human beings. When Japan finally begins to move, the US government sends in a special force team SWORD, lead by a female commander Vexille, to investigate what is really happening inside the closed country.

Kappa no Coo is a feature-length animation directed by Keiichi Hara, and set to premiere in Japan this summer. The film is about Koichi Uehara, a fourth grade student living in the suburb of Tokyo, and a baby "Kappa" he calls Coo. On a hot summer day, Koichi and Coo decide to go on an adventurous road trip to find his peers...
