The latest preview trailer for Byousoku 5 Centimeter (5cm per Second), featuring the theme song "One more time, One more chance" by Yamazaki​ Masayoshi​. This clip also includes some scenes that seem to be missing from the final version of Makoto Shinkai's newly released animation movie.

It's not another trailer for the Appleseed 2 CG animation movie, sadly, but it looks just as great: it's the opening cinematic of the PS2 game Appleseed Ex, that was launched in Japan earlier this year.

Also newly premiered this month is Zero no Tsukaima 2 (Futatsuki no Kishi), featuring the same pink-haired loli tsundere Louise. Now also in HD streaming, in this short but sweet promo.

The promo trailer for Umisho (Kenkoo Zenrakei Suieibu Umishou), a crazy, gag anime about a swimming club whose manager can't even swim, at a school where the motto is "Everyone's souls are completely naked!". Ecchi abounds, in other words.

With the success of the OVA, Sky Girls is now being made into a lolicious TV series animated by J.C.Staff. The story takes place in a time when a third of mankind was wiped out by an enemy known as Worms. Mankind had to resort to using weapons of mass destruction to win. But 10 years later, Worms had return. The name Sky Girls refers to the special few lolis who pilot large mechanical frames called Sonic Divers into battle.

Another uber-moe anime that premiered this month is Potemayo, animated by J.C.Staff into what already looks like a ridiculously funny series. And this promo proves it's made of lol.

August (and Studio DEEN) will bring the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai anime sequel, but until then, Famitsu brings us this promo trailer for Higurashi 2 (updated with the HD version subbed by Ayu).

The protagonist, Osana Najimi, sets foot in the world of Doujin-shi (self-published manga) when she is invited by her classmate, Tsuyuri. At first, she experiences culture shock, but is also influenced by Tsuyuri and Justice, a very popular doujin author and her childhood friend. She then announces that she intends to make a killing in the doujin market. Although Najimi is not good at drawing, she is determined. On her long road to success, both fans and rivals appear.
